ENCOURAGEMENT:
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.  IS. 40:31

When an eagle matures the wings take on a luster allowing the eagle to have a youthful appearance.  The example of the eagle can be said for us in that when we wait upon the Lord, we mature in His Word which allows us the strength for the journey in order that we may "run" and "not be weary".

PRAYER: Father God, thank you that even in our troubled times you are allowing us the strength to overcome.  Please remind us to wait upon You.
